As the two youngest of the team, they sure put in a hard days work. Dylan and little sister Abigail have been in the industry before they could walk. You will often see them out and about in the Festival Hire trucks overseeing the staff (aka Dad/Greg) making sure things are done right. Abigail can be found coordinating displays in the showroom, as well as arranging the retail stock. Dylan takes his product testing and bouncy castle control very seriously. It sure is never a dull moment with them on the job.

Meet Jo! We are super excited to welcome Joanna back following her maternity leave earlier in 2022. When not with her beautiful new daughter, you will find Jo bouncing around on the netball court or relaxing with friends and family. Jo is our superstar located in our showroom, the friendly voice behind the phone and emails for your hire orders, balloonology orders and website updates and loads more.

Meet Charlotte, our cheerful Hire & Sales Leader. With a big smile and even bigger personality, Charlotte is the life of the office party and a true joy to work with.

Charlotte joined the team with a bang, bringing years of experience and passion for the event's industry. Her contagious energy and positive attitude are felt by everyone who interacts with her, and she has quickly become a key member of the team.

In addition to being an all-around fun person, Charlotte is also incredibly talented in her role. She is responsible for the event hire & planning team and has already earnt a reputation for her organisational skills and reliability when it comes to large events.

When not busy at work you will find Charlotte helping out in her community in South Wairarapa, cheering on the rugby teams or visiting her fav local wineries.

Shelley and hubby Greg have been the proud owners of Festival Hire since 2017. Shelley is an experienced event and wedding planner and the perfect person to draw inspiration through every step of the planning process. Shelley is fortunate to apply her passion to create beautiful and meaningful experiences for our clients from vision, theming, setup and the event itself. When not helping clients make their celebration's a reality, Shelley's happy place is with her beautiful kids, Dylan 5yrs and Abigail 3yrs or sipping a glass of wine & reading a book on the beach. Shelley can't wait for COVID to be gone so she can continue exploring the world.

With over 17 years' experience in the building industry, Greg's hands-on practical approach will ensure all equipment is in great condition from the ground up and your marquee is straight, level, and fabulous, and any bespoke creations made to perfection. Greg is a qualified APEX Marquee rigger and is about to complete the last level to become an accredited trainer. We can guarantee we meet the necessary operational standards, procedures and safety. Greg's happy space is spending time with his family, out 4x4 driving or relaxing with friends.
